BEGINNING at a point in the northeasterly R.O.W. line of Texas State Highway No. 2338, said point being marked by a monument designated as Engineer's Station No. 707.+ 15.8, said point being further des- cribed as the PT of a curve; said point bears N 58013'E, 40.00 feet from the centerline of the said Highway.
