(f ) Signs:

rejected on the first inspection and each subsequent

display, or similar uses shall be charged for at

of fees for this classification one horsepower of
motor load shall be considered as one KVA.

(k) Transformers, light and/or power or welding:

(2) Over 7 1/2 and including 25 KVA, each 2.00
(3) Over 25 and including 50 KVA, each 3.00

installations and other electrical work for which
no fee is prescribed or otherwise provided, the
city electrical inspector shall assess a fee for the
permit to be determined by the amount of time
necessary for a proper inspection at the rate of
$3. 00 per hour or fraction thereof.

(o) Penalty. In case any work, for which a permit is
required by this chapter, is started prior to obtain-
ing said permit, the fee above specified shall be'
doubled. The payment of such doubled fee ' shall:
not relieve tiny person -from fully complying .with
the requirements of this ordinance in the execution
of work nor from other penalties prescribed herein.

The city electrical inspector, upon the issuance of a permit, shall issue
to the permittee a permit card showing the permit number, the building or
house number, and the name of the contractor.
