MILLER COMPANY, a Texas corporation, Trustee, of Dallas County, Texas, in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10 00) Dollars and other valuable consideration to the undersigned cash in hand paid by the grantee herein named, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have GRANTED, SOLD and CONVEYED and by these presents do GRANT, SELL and CONVEY, unto TEXAS CRUSHED STONE COMPANY of Williamson County, Texas, the real property in Williamson County, Texas, described as follows - 1601.,61 acres of land situate Lpon the John Powell Survey, Abstract No. 491, and the Joseph Thompson `irvey, Abstract No. 608, both in Williamson County, Texas, and being a description in one set of notes of the following two tracts: 1. A tract described as containing 986 64 acres in a deed to said Barnes that is dated April 4, 1962, and is recorded in Volume 450, page 498, of the Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas and 2. A tract described as containing 590.59 acres in a deed to Barnes that is dated November 23, 1970, and is recorded in Volume 532, page 30, of the Deed Recoru Williamson County, Texas, both of said tracts having been conveyed to Gr, n a deed recorded at Volume 687, page 841, Deed Records of Williamson Cc "exas BEGINNING at the N.W. corner o, hove mentioned 590 59 acre tract conveyed by Faubion to Barnes, a large fend r post for the lower N W. corner hereof, THENCE with a wire fence, N 700 55' 15" E 2513 39 feet to the S.W. fence corner post of the portion of the above mentioned 986.64 acre tract that is located on the Joseph Thompson Survey, and an inside corner hereof, THENCE continuing with a wire fence, N. 18° 54'11"W. 3958 49 feet to a steel pin in the South right of way line of RR 2243, the upper N W. corner hereof, THENCE along said south right of way line as follows, N.76008108" E. 39.32 feet; N.77°36'07"E. 99.59 feet, N.80°04'12"E. 100.1 feet, N.81°40'53"
