Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas.

THAT WHEREAS. the undersigned Ethel C. Faubion (the surviving
widow of Arthur Faubion. deceased) has and holds in common with Norma
Nell Faubion. Oonald C. Faubion and Arthur Winston Faubion an undivided
:153. 25/ 1018. 5 interest (meaning thereby an undivided 353.25 acres out of a
1018. 5 acre tract) in the lands hereinafter described; and
W11F BLAS. Norma Nell Faubion. Donald C. Faubion and Arthur
Winston Faubion together have and hold in common with Ethel C. Faubion
an undivided 665. 25/ 1018. 5 interest (meaning thereby an undivided 665. 25
acres out of a 1018.5 acre tract) in the lands hereinafter described; and.
WHEREAS. the said Ethel C. Faubion, on the one hand, and the said
Norma Nell Va,tbion. Donald C. Faubion and Arthur Winston Faubion together,
on the other hand, desire to effect a partition of said property;
NOW. THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and to effect
