Annexation - Part 2
BEING 52.18 acres of land in Williamson County, Texas, of which
36.48 acres are in the David Wright Survey, Abstract No. 13 and
15.70 acres in the Joseph Fish Survey, Abstract No. 232, and
being out of and a part of a 266.0 acre tract of land conveyed
�x,deed to the Upited States of America by D. D. Godwin and wife,
Litlie Belle J. Godwin of record in Volume 516, Page 340-342 of
the Deed Records' of Williamson County, Texas, and being out of
and 8 part of a 333.0 acre tract of land conveyed by deed to the
United States of America by Emil C. Bouffard and wife, Pauline
Bouffard of record in Volume 516, Page 349-351 in said County and
State, and being out of and a part of an 80.7 acre tract of land
conveyed by deed to the United States of America by Ola Ischy of
record in Volume 516,, Page 382-383 in said County and State.
WMING at an iron stake fodnd%for the Northeast corner hereof,
said point also being the Sduthernmost point of Lot 14, Oak Crest
Estates, Unit I of record in Volume 5, Page 5 of the Plat Records
of Williamson County, Texas, Said point 41so being the Southwest
corner of a recorded lot designated Spring in said Subdivision,
