AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING A
UTILITY EASEMENT LYING AND BEING SITUATED
ON THE COMMON LINE BETWEEN LOTS 1 AND 2
OF BLOCK FOUR IN OAK CREST, UNIT ONE, A
SUBDIVISION TO WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TEXAS,
ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF OF
RECORD, PLAT RECORDS, WILLIAMSON COUNTY,
TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEX S
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from the Sunrise
00 Construction Corporation, the owner of land upon which the
co utility easement is located on the common line between Lot -z
1 and 2 of Block Four in Oak Crest, Unit One, a subdivision
Q to Williamson County, Texas (and de,3cribed in Exhibit "L

WHEREAS petitioner states that lots 1 and 2 as desci. E-1;

City of Georgetown, Texas that the said utility easement be ora
the same is hereby vacated, closed and abandoned, provided
