HIGHWAY 2338) AS SHOWN ON THE PLAT OF GABRIEL HEIGHTS, A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TEXAS BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS WHEREAS, a petition has been received from Georgetown Independent School District, Georgetown Congregation of Jehovahs Witnesses, Certified Savings Association and Denis Sourwine, all of the abutting owners of land to that portion of Janis Drive that extends from Shannon Lane to Williams Drive (F.M. Hicy.h%aay 2338) as shown on the plat of Gabriel Heights, a subdivision in the City of Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas; and WHEREAS, the petition states that street improvements presently exist only on a portion of said street, and the remainder of said street has no street improvements on it and is not being used for public ingress or egress, and that it would be beneficial to said petitioners to have such street adjoining their property vacated and abandoned, and that said petition is a request for the vacating and abandonment of the street only, and is in no way a request that the City of Georgetown abandon any other rights in the property: NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, that the section of Janis Drive that extends from Shannon Lane to Williams Drive (F.M. Highway 2338) as shown on the plat of Gabriel Heights, a subdivision in the City of Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas, a plat of said subdivision being of record in Cabinet B, Slide 5 of the plat records of Williamson County, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows:
