EXHIBIT "D"
BEING 3.64 acres of land situated in the David Wright Survey,
Abstract No. 13 in Williamson County, Texas; said land being a
portion of that certain tract of land, called 215 acres, as
conveyed to J. S. Cocke by deed as recorded in Volume 268,
Page 104 of the Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas.
Surveyed on the ground in the month of May, 1981, under the
supervision of Don H. Bizzell, Registered Public Surveyor, and
being more particularly described as follows;
BEGINNING at an iron pin set on the West line of the above -
referenced 215 -afire Cocke Tract, for the N.W. corner hereof; said
point being S 19 44' E, 137.04 feet from the S.W. corner of a
certain tract of land called 14 acres, as conveyed to Roy Flowers
by deed as recorded in Volume 336, Page 635, of the Deed Records
of Williamson County, Texas; said S.W. corner being S 190 34' E,
447.22 feet from the N.W. corner of the said 215 -acre Cocke Tract;
THENSE, along the West line of the said 215 -acre Cocke Tract,
S 19 441 E, 80.01 feet to an iron pin set, for the S.W. corner
hereof;
THENCE, along the South line hereof as follows;
N 700 57' E, 1303.54 feet to an iron pin set at the
beginning of a curve to the left, (Radius • 995.37
feet, Long Chord bears N 650 04' E, 204.00 feet);
THENCE along the said curve an arc distance of 204.36
feet to an iron pin not;
THENCE N 590 11' E, 392.39 feet to an iron pin set;
THENCE S 590 57' E, 38.95 feet to an iron pin set on
the west line of Airport Road, for the S.E. corner hereof;
THENCE, along the said West line of Airport Road, N 00 55' E,
154.88 feet to an iron pin set, for the N.E. corner hereof;
said point also being the S.E. corner of the said 14 -acre
Flowers TrMct;
THENCE, along the North line hereof, as follows:
S 510 29' W, 132.23 feet to an iron pin set;
S 590 11' W, 361.75 feet to an iron pin set at the
beginning of a curve to the right, (Radius = 915.37
feet, Long Chord bears S 650 04' W, 187.60 feet);
THENCE along the said curve an arc distance of 187.93
feet to an iron pin sett
THENCE S 700 57' W, 1304.49 feet to the place of BEGINNING
and containing 3.64 acres of land.
