3. Section 98 is hereby amended to read as follows:
In the installation, construction, erection, repair and maintenance
of all electrical wiring and apparatus, the rules and the requirements
of the National Electrical Code, 1981 Edition, as published by the Nat-
ional Fire Protection Association and the National Electrical Safety
Code as approved by the American Standards Association in force and
effect at this time together with such requirements and rules as are
provided herein, shall be complied with and become a part of this Code.
In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this ordinance
and the National Electrical Code, the provisions of this ordinance shall
prevail and govern.
4. Section 102 is hereby amended to read as follows:
Whereas service mast is used, rigid metal conduit or intermediate
conduit will be required and the minimum size will be 2 (two) inch.
5. Section 103 - 104 Reserved
6. Section 116, Para (b) is hereby amended to read as follows:
(b) Small appliance branch circuits are limited to the following
receptacle outlets:
Kitchen (refrigerator) ciruit #1 - 2 outlets
Additional kitchen circuit(s) - 4 outlets
All other smi11 appliance circuits
serving pantry, breakfast room,
dining room and all food preparation
areas. - 4 outlets
All general lighting circuit s! -10 outle.te
