TOYAH POINT FIELD NOTES, (ORDINANCE ON PAGE 374).
FIELD NOTES FOR A 20 -FOOT -WIDE EASEMENT
BEING a 20 -Foot -Wide strip of land, situated in the Clement Stubblefield
Survey, Abstract No. 558, in Williamson County, Texas. Said land being
a portion of Lot 1 and Lot 2, of Toyah Point, a subdivision of record
in Cabinet E, Slides 123-124, of the Plat Records of Williamson
County, Texas. Surveyed on the ground in the month of October, 1982,
under the supervision of Don H. Bizzell, Registered PubJic Su%veyor,
and being more particularly described as follows;
BEGINNING at a point on the common line between the above -referenced
Lot 1 and Lot 2 of the beginning of the said easement, said print
being S 18° 11' E, 35.00 feet from the N.E. corner of the said Lot 1
and the N.W. corner of the said Lot 2;
THENCE, along and 10 feet to either side of the following line, beiAg
along the common line between the said Lot 1 and Lot 2, S 18` 11' E,
201.27 feet to a point for the termination of the said easement; said
point being N 18° 11' W, 35.00 feet from the S.E. corner of the said
Lot 1 and the S.W.-corner of the said Lot 2.
