BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS:
That Dowcon Construction Company, Inc., Owner of the hereon described
subdivision to be known as Turtle Bend, Section One and Section Two is
hereby authorized to file for record in the office of the County Clerk
of Williamson County, Texas, the plat of said subdivision attached hereto,
and the County Clerk of Williamson County is hereby authorized to file
for record said subdivision in the plat records of said County.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this the 9th day of November, 1982, A.D.
