No person, establishment, or owner may discharge to public sanitary sewers: 1. unpolluted storm water, surface water, groundwater, roof runoff or subsurface drainage. 2. unpolluted cooling water; 3. unpolluted industrial process waters; 4. other unpolluted drainage; or make any new connections from inflow sources. F. In compliance with the Texas Water Quality Act and other statutes, the City of Georgetown may designate storm sewers and other watercourses into which unpolluted drainage described in Subsection E of this section may be discharged. G. No person, establishment or owner may discharge radio- active wastes or isotopes into public sewers without the approval of the City of Georgetown. H.
