Survey, Abstract No. 588, and the Ruidusa Irrigation Company Survey,
Abstract No. 715, in Williamson County, Texas; said land being a
portion of that certain 179.68 -acre tract as conveyed to Wallace'
Lue:rson by deed as recorded in Voluine 684, Page 898, of the Deed Records
of Williainsur► Cuw►ty, Texas. • Surveyed on the ground in the inunth of
July, 1979, wider the supervisiun of Don H. Biczell, Registered Professional
Engineer, and beim; inure particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin set at a fence corner on the South margin
of Farm -to -Market Road 22113; aiild point being the N.W. corner of
the above -referenced Luersun Tract and the N. W, corner;
THENCE, S 19° 02' E, 852.19 feet to a nail found in a fence post,
and S 18° 06' E, 113.10 feet to an iron pin set for the S.W. corner
