POLICE PRO' ECT LON Upon annexation the Georgetown Pelim Department will provIdu regular and routine patrols in the area as a part of its overall patrol activities. The department will respond to any calls for assistance. B. FIRE SERVICE Fire service is now being provided to the area and will continue to be provided by the present personnel and equipment of the fire fighting force. C. WATER SERVICE Is now available in this general area and will be provided to the boundary of LK tract upon request and in accordance with rates, terms and conditions contained in the Georgetown City Code and the City of Georgetown Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances and depending upon the costs to the City to provide same. 1). SEWLIR SERVICE Is now available in this general area and will be provided to the boundary of the tract upon request and in accordance with rates, terms and conditions contained in the Georgetown City Code and the City of Georgetown Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances and depending upon the costs to the City to provide same. E. REFUSE COLLECTION Service will be provided upon annexation in accordance with rates, terms and conditions contained in the Georgetown City Code. F. INSPECTION SERVICES All inspection services (for example, building electrical, plumbing, etc.) provided by the City will be extended to this area on the effective date of annexation. C. PLANNING ANA ZONING The Planning & 'Zoning jurisdiction of the City will extend to this area on the effective date of annexation. The stoning will be 1 - Industrial District unless requested otherwise. H. STREETS, STREET LIMING, R :CREATION, LIQUARY SERVICES In accordance with the fact that the area proposed to be annexed is Vacant Land which does not We any nermanent residents or public streets, the above mentioned services are not applicable tz this area. 1. MISCELLANEOUS Any other Applicable municipal services will be provided to the area in accordance with policies establishee by the City of Georgetown.
