That to pay the interest and create a sinking fund to Ii,eet the

bonds, issued for the Iuz�poee of constructing an addition to the
public free school buildings of this said city,-aB shown by all ordi-
nance of this city passed and approved the 11th day of Februa2.y,
1890, and recorded in the old ordinance book of the city of Geo.1-ge-
town,, on pages 16r,, 166 and 167, and as provided in said ordinance,
there is here now levied and shall be collected for the year 1905,
an annual ad valoi,er, tax of two cents on the $100 assessed valuation
for the year 1905, of all real and Lersonal estate and pro-perty in
the city ofGeorgetown, Texas, not exempt from taxation under the
constitution and laws of the State of Texas, and said fund as herein
set aside shall be used for no other I�uxpose than as herein opecif-
ied.
