That all railroad trains, either coning into$ passing through or going out of this city# and its corporate limits, shall immediately upon coming into the corporate limits of this said city, reduce their speed and the speed with which said trains are rung and the speed with which said trains shall move to the rate of not faster than six miles an hour# and this said rate of aej)ped ohall not be exceeded while said rail• road train is within the limits of said city. Any engineer, conductor, person or persons guilty of a violation of this provision of this ordinanoee, shall upon oonvicition thereof, be fined in any sun not 1e-9 than 10#00 nor wore than $50000. If any enginerer# conductor or other person. in charge of and operating a train in and thorough the city of Georgetown, Texas sh=.11 stop his said train, or cause the same to be stopped across or on any public street of this said city# or shall cause the said train to be and remain stationary over a railroad orissiag used by the public for the purpose of crossing said railroad track, for a longer period of time than five minutes$ or shall by any manner or means cause a street or crossing of the city of Georgetown, to be and become block• aded for a longer period of time then five minutoes# shall, uron sonication thereof, be fined In any sun not less than $110,00 nor more than 450.00.
