YEAR 1905,
Be it ordained bk the City Council of the City of George-
town, Texas: -
That to meet the current expenses of the city of Georgetown, Texas,
and to carry on the City government of said city for the year 1905, there
Is here now levied and shall 6be collected an annual ad valorem tax of
twenty-five cents on the $100 assessed valuation of all real and personal
estate and property in the city of Georgetown, Texas, for the year 1905,
not exempt from taxation by the constitution and laws of the State'of
Texas.
STRJ+O,',T FUND.
That to grade, work and improve the streets of the City of Georgetown
Texas for -the year 1905, there is here now levied and shall be collected
an annual ad valorem tax of twelve cents on the $100 assessed valuation of
all real and personal estate and property in the city of Georgetown, Texas
for the year 1905, not exempt from taxation by,the laws and constitution
of the State of Texas.
SCHOOL BONDS, 1st SERINS.
That to pay the interest and create a sinking fund on the $15000 in
bonds as evidenced by the 15 -- $1000 unpaid bonds issued for the purpose
of purchasing a building site and for the construction of the public free
school buildings in the city of Georgetown, Texas, as shown by an ordi-
nance passed and approved the 13th day of July, 1894, and of record on
pages 153, 154 and 155 of the old ordinance record of the city of George-
town -- and as provided in said ordinance, there is here now levied and
shall be collected for the year 1905, an annual ad valorem tax of nine
cents on.the assedsed $100 valuation for t}ie year 1905, of all real and
