HB IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of George- town that$ Section 1. The following described tract of land, to -wits - All that certain tract or parcel of land, lying and being situated in Williamson County, Texas, being a part of the J.P. Pulsifer 1/3 League, and which is more particularly described as follows to -wits Beginning at the S.H. corner of Block No. -2, a stone mound on the South line of said Puliifer survey 475 varas N. 71 B. from the S.W. corner of said Pulsifer survey. Thence N. 19 W. 267 varas to a stake that is 40 feet S. 19 A. from the North line of the Georgetown and Liberty Hill, road, Thence S. 85J B. 252 varas to a point that is 40 feet from the North line of said road. Thence S. 77* H. 315 varas to a stake that is 40 feet from the North line of said resod and on the South line of said ' Pulsifer survey. Thence S. 71 W. with said South line 499 varas to the place of beginning, containing 12 7/10 acres of land, and being the same land which was conveyed by Mrs. M.L.Dimmitt to the City of Georgetown by deed dated December 18th, 1905, and recorded in Vol. 117 p. 173 of the Deed records of said County* is hereby not apart as a public graveyard for the bur- ial of the bodies of deceased persons, but no bodies shall be buried therin except as is in this ordinance hereinafter provided. Section 2. Pour and one-half acres of the above described tract of land, and which is described as follows, to -wits Beginning at the Bast corner of the tract of land described in Section ke hereof, a stake in the South line of the Georgetown and Liberty Hill road. Thence S. 71 W. 307 4/10 varas to stake for the S.W. corner. Thence N. 19 W. 181 8/10 varas to a stake in the South line of said rand. Thence with the South line of said road to the place of beginning, is hereby not aside as a burial place for persons of African descent, and shall be used for no other purpose, and the bodies of no other persons shall be buried therein and it shall be known as The Oak Hill Cemetery, Section 3. Said 4* &ores shall be fenced by the City se- parately from the balance of said tract of land, and a plat of same as now laid off and surveyed shall be recorded in the Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas, and the Mayor to hereby 3
