Allen and L.Marshall their assocaites, successors and assigns, fail to comply with any of the provisions of this franchise then they shall forfeit all the rights herein granted. Section 12. Permission is hereby given the said John.R.Allen and L. Marshall, their assooiatee, successors and assigns, to exercise the right of condemnation with the corporate limits of this City in the mode and manner provided by chapter 154 of the General Laws of the State of Texas passed at the Regular Session of the Twenty-sixth Legislature. Section 13. By accepting this franchise said John R. Allen and L. Marshall their associates, successors and assignsp further agree to furnish sewerage connections for water closets, urinal basins, lavatories and sinks at the public school building for the full term of this franchise for the sum of Four Hundred (0400.00) Dollars cash to be paid by the City to said John R.Allen and L. Marshall# their associates, successors and assigns, as soon as such connection is made; provided that the City shall at its own expense put its fixtures for such connection in good con- dition and shall lay the laterals necessary for such connection to the main in Cedar Street and shall put in a catch basin on such lateral before it reaches the main.
