Be it Ordained by tke, City Council of tke City of Georgetown,
Texas: --
See. 1. Tkat to meet the current expenses of tke City of
Goorgetown, Texas, and to carry on tke City government of sold
Clty for tk* year of 1912, there is Dere and now levied and skan
be collected an annual at valerom tax of twenty-five costs on tie
$100.00 assessed valuation for tko year of 1912 of all real and
personal property and estate is the City of G*orgetowa, Texas, n
not exempt frons taxation by tke Constitution and Laws of the
Stats of Texas.
go*. 2. Tkat to work, grade and improv* the streets of the
City of Georgetown, Texas, for tido year of 1912, tiers is here
out now levied and skall be collected an annual at valorem tax
of Fifteen coats on tke $100.00 assessed valuation for the year
of 1912 of all real and personal property and estate In tis City
of Georgotown, Texas, not exempt from tisxation by the Constitu-
ties and Laws of the State of Texas.
See. 3. That for the support and maintenance of tko Pub -
lie Free Sakeols in tine City of Georgrtown, Texas, for tke year
of -19129 and as deteraineat according to law by an election kere-
tefore keld in said city for said purpose, there is Dere and now
levied and scall be collected an annual at valorem tax of Twen-
ty-five cents on tide $100.00 assessed valuation for tke year of
1912 of all real and personal property and estate in tke City of
Goorgetown, Texas, not exempt from taxation by tlee Constitution
and Laws of tie Stato of Texas, and tie amount of taxes eolleet-
ed as provided for in this Seetiow shall constitute a separate
fund and scall be used for no other purpose thaw as herein
specified.

of Georgetown Refunding Sakeol House Bonds" as evidenced by 12
#1000.00 unpaid Bonds, issued for the purpose of refunding, can-
celing and In lieu of certain bouts known as "Public SekealxXzJt k
Building Bonds" as skown by ordinance of this City passed, and
approves; on Nov. 13th, 1905, suck ordinance being sections 117
to 129, inclusive, of The Revised Civil and Criminal Ordinances
of tke City of Georgetown, Texas, and as provided in said ordi-
naneo, th*re is her* and now lovied and shall be collected for
tke .ear of 1912 an annual ad valorem tax of Thirteen seats on
