On all public streets and highways of the Citi► of Georgetown, all vehicles going is an Easterly or Westerly di3 rection shall have the right of way ever those going in eXertk- erly or Southerly direction. Provided, that officers and mem- bers of the Fire Department, witk tkeir fire apparatus, wken going to, or on duty at or returning from a fire, shall have the right of watt in any street and tkrougk any procession.
