Sec. 11. On all public streets and highways of the Citi►
of Georgetown, all vehicles going is an Easterly or Westerly di3
rection shall have the right of way ever those going in eXertk-
erly or Southerly direction. Provided, that officers and mem-
bers of the Fire Department, witk tkeir fire apparatus, wken
going to, or on duty at or returning from a fire, shall have the
right of watt in any street and tkrougk any procession.
See. 12. It shall be unlawful to drive or operate on auto-
mobile or motor vekiele, upon Main and Prusky streets,Petween
Merekant or Sixtk (F) streets and Locust or Qtk street, end np-
en RIkOak or Atk street and San Gabriel or 7th street, between S
Ckureh street and Reck street, at a treater rate of speed tkan
10 m6los per hour. And it shall be unlawful to drive or operate
an a"tomorile or motnr vehicle "pon any of the other streets or
ways of tke city of georgetown, at a greater rate of speed than
15 miles per hour. Provided that in turning any corner at an-*
place within the City limits tke speed shall not exceed eight
miles per kour, and provided further that nothing in this Sec-
tion shall apply to tke Fire Department or Police Department of
said City.
See. 13. 141,very automobile shall, between one hour after
sunset and one hour before sunrise, carry two lights, one on eart
side, of at least four (4) candle power, to be set in front of a
reflector. Every bicycle or motorcycle shall carry a white light
in front, of at least two (2) eendle Power. Provided, that the
above provision shall not apply wken said vehicles are left
standing on any street wkick is lighted sufficient27so that said
vekicle could easily be seen at a distance of one kundred feet.

Soo. 14. It skall be unlawful for any person to drive or

street at any street crossing in suck manner as to obstruct free
passage over suck crossing.
See. 11. The owner of any automobile skell, before operat-
ing sane, or permitting sante to be operated, in this City, reg-
ister the same witk the County Clerk of Williamson Ceunty,Texao,
as required by the law of this State, and sknli provide himself
with the niznber eorrespondinr to the registration number taken
out by his from the Cocnty Clerk, wkioh shall be composed of fid
ures not less than six inches in keijkt and of whitw or light
color, and such number shell be placed, or canoed to be placed
by the owner of said vekicle, on 'be rear of said automobile or
