Georgetown, Texas, held on the2A.�d4ay of November, A. D.
1913, came on to be heard and considered the returns of an
election held on the 15th day of November, A. D. 1913, to
determine whether or not the Bonds of said City should be
issued to the amount of THIRTEEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED
($13,500.00) DOLLARS, bearing interest at the rate of 5%_
per annum, payable forty years after date, with option of
redeeming same at any time after ten years from date, for
the purpose of completing the construction of the Water
Works Plant in said City, and whether or not a tax should
be annually levied, assessed and collected in said City
sufficient to pay the interest on said bonds and to create
a sinking fund sufficient to redeem them at maturity; and
it appearing that said election was in all respects lawfully
held and said returns duly and legally made and that there
were cast at said election 76 votes, of which..._
number votes were cast "for the issuance
of bonds" and �- votes were cast
"against the issuance of bonds";
It is therefore ordered and declared that the pro-
position to issue said bonds and levy said tact was sustained•
property
by a majority of the qualifiedAtax payers voting at said
election and that the City Council of said City, is authorized
to issue said bonds and to levy and have assessed the collecta
said tax.

going is a true and oorrect copy of the proceedings of the
City Council in canvassing the returns and declaring the
result of the election therein mentioned, as the same appears
