to Pay the Principal and Interest of the Two Notes, Aggregating
$2600.00, owed by the City of Georgetown, Texas, for Block 23,
Of the Glasscock Addition in said City,
BE IT ORDAINED# by the City Council of the City of George-
town, Texas: -
That, to pay the principal and interest, when due, on the
two notes aggregating TWENTY-FIVE HUNDRED ($2800.00) DOLLARS,
secured by a Vendor's Lien on Block 230 of the Glasscock Addi-
tion in said City of Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas, held
by C. B, and Lillie Atkinson, xkmxx and which were assumed by
said Citys as shown by the deed from E. F. Booty and wife to
said City, recorded in Volume 134, Page 170 of the Deed Records
of Williamson County# Texas, a tax of five cents on each #100.00
valuation of taxable property, in said City of Georgetown, shall
be annually levied on said property and annually assessed and
collected, until said notes and interest are paid and said tax
of five cents on the $100.00 0 out of a tax of twenty-five cents
levied for general purposes by this Council# heretofore on this
9th day of February, A. D. 19140 is hereby zp;Oanxndxsxdx
appropriated and set aside to pay the principal and interest due
for the year of 1914, and shall be assessed and collected and
so applied; and said tax is hereby levied for each year here-
after, while said notes are outstanding and the same shall be
annually assessed and collected and applied to the purposes
named above.
