That to meet the current expenses of tke City of Georgetown, Texas, and to tarry on the City Government of said City for the year of 1414, tkere is bare and now levied and sball be oelleeted an annual ad valorem tax of Twenty-five cents on the $100.00 assessed valuation for the year of 19149 of all real and personal property and estate in the City of Georgetown, Texas, not exempt from taxation by tke Constitution and Laws of the State of Texas. See. 2. That to work, grade and improve the streets of tke City of Georgetown, Texas, for tke year of 1914, tkere In bore and now levied ani shall be eolleoted an annual ad valorem tax of Fifteen Cents on the $100.00 assessed valuation for tke year of 1914, of all real and personal property and estate in the City of C{ Georgetown, Texas, not exempt from taxation by the Constitution and Laws of tie State of Texas. Tkat for the support and maintenance of the Pdblie Free Sokools in the City of Georgetown, Texas, for tke year of 1914, and as determined according to law by an eleetionkeretof ore held in said City for said purpose, tkere is kere and now levied and skall be collected an annual ad valorem tax of Forty Cents on the $100.00 assessed valuation for the year of 19149 of all real and personal property and estate in the City of Georgetown, Texas, not exempt from taxation by the Constitution and Lags of the State of Texas, and the amount of the taxes collected as provided for in this Section shall constitute a separate fund and skall be used for no otkor purpose tkan as herein specified. Seo. 4. That to pay, tine interest and create a sinking fund to most the $89000.00 in bonds of tate City knower as the "City of Georgetown Refunding School House Bonds"as evidenced by eigkt $1000.00 unpaid bonds, issued for tke purpose of refunding, ean- aelling and in lieu of certain bonds known as "Public School Ruild- ing Bonds" as shown by ordinance of this City, passed and approved on November 13th, 1905, such ordinance being Sections 117to 129 inclusive, of the Revised Civil and Criminal Ordinances of tke City of Georgetown, Texas, and as provided in said ordinance Hoare is sere and now levied and shall be collected for the year of 1914, an annual ad valorem tax of Three Cents on the $100.00 assessed valuation for the year of 1914, of all real and personal property and estate in the City of Georgetown, Texas, not exempt from taxa- tion by the Constitution and Laws of the State of Texas, and the amount of taxes eolleoted under the provisions of dais section shall be used for no other purpose than that kerein specified. Seo. 5. That to pay the interest and create a sinking fund to meet the $32,000.00 in bonds of this City, known as"City of Georgetown Rater Works Bonds" as evidenced by thirty-two $1000.00
