to meet the $32,000.00 in bonds of this City, known as "City of
Georgetown Water Works Bonds" as evidenced by thirty-two $1000.00
unpaid bonds, issued for the purpose of constructing a waterworks
plant in the City of Georgetown, Texas,as shown by ordinance of
this City, passed and approved on October 18th, 1910, and as pro-
vided in said ordinance, there is here and now levied and shall be
collected for the year of 1914, an annual ad valorem tax of Twelve
Cents on the $100.00 assessed valuation for the year of 1914, of
all real and personal property and estate in the City of Georgetown
Texas, not exempt from taxation by the Constitution and haws of the
State of Texas, and the amount of taxes collected under the provis-
ions of this Section shall constitute a special fund and shall be
used for no other purpose than that herein specified.
Seo. 8. That to pay the interest and create a sinking fund
to meet the 1139000.00 in bonds of thisCity known as "City of Geo-
rgetown Electric Light Bonds" as evidenced by 13 $1000.00 unpaid
bonds, issued for the purpose of constructing an electric light
plant in the City of Georgetown, Texas, as shown by ordinance of
this City, passed and approved on tics October 18th, 19109 and as
provided in said ordinance, there is here and now levied and shall
be collected for the year of 1914, an annual ad valorem tax of
Five Cents on the $ 100.00 assessed valuation for the year of 1914,
of all real and personal property and estate in the City of George-
town, Texas, not exempt from taxation by the Constitution and Lawes
of the State of Texas, and the amount of taxes collected under the
provisions of this Section shall constitute a special fund and
shall be used for no other purpose than that herein specified.
See.9. That to pay the interest and create a sinking fund
to meet the $13500.00 in bonds of this City known as "City of
Georgetown Water Works Bonds, Second Series" as evidenced by Twen-
ty-seven $500.00 unpaid bonds, issued for the purpose of completing
the waterworks plant in said City, as shown by ordinance of this
City passed and approved on December 8th, 1413, and as provided in,
said ordinance, tkere is here and now levied and shall tre collect-
ed for the year of 1914, an annual ad valorem tax of Five Cents on
the $100.00 assessed valuation for the year of 1914, of all real
and personal property andestate in the City of Georgetown, Texas,
not exempt from taxation by the Constitution and Lags of the State
of Texas, and the amount of taxes collected under the: provisions of
this Section shall constitute a saparete fund and shall be used 150
for no other purpose than that herein specified.
