RR IT ORDAIM, by the City Council of t'ee City of GeorCe-
town, Texas: _-
That, to pay tte principal and interest, when due, on dere two
notes aggregating TWWITY-FIVE HIMRIM 02500.00) DOLLARS, secured
by a Vendor's Lien on Plock 23, of tree Glasscock Addition in said
City of #eorgeetown, Williamson Countyv Texas, keld by C. P. and
Lillie Atkinson, and wkick were assumed by said City, as skown by
the deed from E. F. Booty and wife to said City,recorded in Vol-
ume 1349 Page 17, of tke Dead Records of Williamson County, Texas,
a tax of Five Cents On each 1100.00 valuation of taxable property,
In said City of Georgetown, skall be annually levied on said prop-
eerty, and annually assessed and collected, until said notes and in-
terest, are paid and said tax of five cents on the flOo.00, out of
a tax of twenty-five cents levied for general purposes by itkis
Council, keretefore on tkis 9tk day of February, A. D. 19149 is
kereby appropriated and net asides to p4ytke principal and interest
due for the year of 1914, and shall be assessed and collected and
so applied; and said tax to kereby levied for eack year kereafter,
while said notes ars outstanding and tke sane skall be annually
assessed and collected and applied to the purposes named above.
