Section 6; That any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this ordinance shell be deemed guilty of a mi fsdemea.nnr and upon nnnviction in the corporation court of said city of Georgetown,Texap, shall be punished by fine of not less than Five Dollsrs and not more than one Hun- dred Dollars, and each day such person shall be so en- gaged in soliciting or receiving passengers within said city contrary to this ordinance shall constitute a sepa- rate offense.
