Section 3; That to nay the interest and create a sinking fund to meet the $32,000.00 in bonds of this City known as "City of Genraetown Waterworks Bonds," as evidenced by thirty- five $1,000.00 unpaid bnn ds, i slued for the purpose of con- structing a waterworks plant in the City of Georgetnwn, Texns, as shown by Ordinance of txiis city, passed and approved on October 19th,1910, and as provided in said ordinance, there is here and now levied and shall be collected for the year 1917 an annual ad valorem tax of 12 cents on the $100.00 as- sessed valuation for the year 1917 of all real and personal property and estate in the City of Georgetown, Texas, not ex- empt from taxation by the Constitution and Laws of the State of Texas, and the amount of taxes collected under the pro- visions of this section shall constitute a special fund and shall be used for no other purpose than that herein specified. Section 6; That to nay the interest and create a sinking fund'to meet the $13,000.00 in bonds of this city, known as "City of Georgetown Faectric Light Bonds," as evidenced by thirteen $1,000.00 unpaid bonds,issued for the purpose of constructing an electric light plant in the City of George- town, Texas, as shown by ordinance of this city,passed and approved on October 18th,1910, and as provided in said or- dinance,there is here and now levied and shall be collected for the year 1917 an annual ad valorem tax of five cents on the $100.00 assessed valuation for the year 1917 of all real and personal property and estate in the City of Georgetown, Texas, not exempt from taxation by the Constitution and Laws of the State of Texas, and the amount of taxes collected under theprovisione of thi. s section shall constitute a special fund and shall be used Porno other purpose than that herein specified. r
