Roberts and J. W. Whittle, whereupon it was declare& that sail resolutions had been adopted by the unanimous vote of the council. THE STATE OF T IMAS . � County of W'illiamson.# T, W. Y. Penn, Mayor of the town of Georgetown, in said County and State, do hereby certify that the foregoing is a true copy of the resolutions presented and adopted by the torn council of the town of Georsrptown at their regular meeting hell on the 23rd. day of April, A.
