Alderman ed,. moved that the rule requiring ordi mance s
to be read in open meeting; at three ,,,,, re&,lar meetings of the City Council be sus-
pended as set out in the eraer envy Clause in said ordinance, and that the ordi-

the vote upon the adoption of the ordinance to be taken by roll call, which when
takers resulted as follows:
