Smith presiding, the following aldermen and officers were present: Aldermen --F. E. Buchholz, J. R. Chastain, *6'. S. Frasier, J. C. ,Godbey and S. E. ''Tilcox. Officers --R. 0. Davis, marshal; 'v. H. Yunn, city attorney; S. A. Ilodges, assessor and collector: R. F. ;card, city manager, P.I. D. Cates, secretary. The minutes of all previous regular and special sessions of the council were read and on motion of Alderman 7, S. Frasier were approved. Yonthly reports of Treasurer Estella Byrom, Assessor and Collector S. A. Ilodges and Harshal R. 0. Davis were read and on motion of Alderman ChaRtain -ere ordered filed. Cahstain, seconded by Alderman W. S.
