BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ZZ CITY OF GEORGE --
TOWN t IN WIMIA= ON COUNTY", TZCA *.
That for �Me year 1941, there shall ba levied and collected
an advalorum tax, of one & 24/100 (01.24) :dollars, on each
one hundrerd (4100.00) dollars, in valuation,,On all property
of every description, that- is subject to such tai ation, by the
said City, for the said year, under the provisions of, the
Constitution a$d lases a the State of Tema; and that th.e ,said
taxes When so levied and collected ase appropreated, aDd ord.er+ac
expended as follows:
(1) To pay the current expenses of the goverment of the said
City, as the same shall accrue seventy-six cents ( 06) on,
each one hundred (4100.00) dollars in Jraluation.
(2) To pay the principal and the interest, as the sa= shall
accrue, on all of the remaining unpaid b6nds of the said City
known as " STREET BONDS", twenty cents (4,20) on each one
hundred (4100.00) dollars in valuation.
(3) To pay the principal and interest, as same shall accrue,
on all of the memaining unpaid bonds of the said City known
as "PAVING BONDS", twelve cents (4.12) on each one hundred
(4100.00) dollars, in valuation.
(4) To pay the principal and interest, a same accrues of
all, of the retnainung7 unpaid bond -of the. a aid City, known as
"AIRPORT BONDS", ten cents (-,,10) on each one himdred (100.00)
dollars in valuation.
(5) To pay the principal and th a intern st as the mama shall
accrue, on all of the unpaid warrants of the said City,, kn m
as 11 AIMORT WiMUNTS"; six cents (4.06) on each one hundred
(:100.00) dollars in valuation.
That the fact that is necesary to make prcmpt and effic
ient provissions for raisins° money by taxation, for the purpos
es above d6t out, creates an emer,gancy, and public necessity
