Section 19, Underwriters Laboratoriesa Inc. ,Label Prescribed. All tanks and,pumpt hercartex

be coustxucbed and installed is compliance with the regulations of the National Board of
Fire Underarriters governing such construction and installation; and all such tanks , pumps.,
piping and egitlpment shall be inspected and approved by the Plumbing Inspector and the Fire
Marshall bptoro being ptt into service.
Section 14. Tank 'Trunk and Portable Tank Sales Aegalated. (a) It shall be unlawful for any
person to sell, deliver, or purchase gasoline from a tank truck or portable tank within the
limits of the City of Georgetown except as follows
(1) Gasoline may be delivered from a tank truck to heavy construction equipment such 4s
tractors, concrete mixers, trehch diggers, air compressors, and fire pumpting engines Chou t.
service but not while the motor of such equipment is running.
(2) Gasoline may be delivered from any such tank truck directly to underground storage tank
and to portable tanks by paeans of hose, or from such tank truck to underground storage tansce
or portable tanks by means of Xf nUmn standard tank truck brackets; provided however, ttsa` ,
use of such buckets for such purpose shall be unlawful (a) where any filler pipe of an unoex
ground storage tank is not located ata reasonably safe distance from any public driveway NT
public walkway. (b) and it shall be unlawful for u gasoline to be delivered from m tanx tstia,.•:,
to any other container if ant say part of such track is standing on or over any publi- dra+4
way or public walkway. (c)Every poi -table tank shall have painted on each side the wore
"Gasoline" in letters at least six 06) inches high, and under the word Gasoline there oml
painted the following; "No smoking — Keep Open Flames and Lights Away." (d) It shall bo wu:
