indebtedness secured thereby, shall be held liable on account
of any breach or violation of any provision hereof, and in the
event .default is made in the payment of any indebtedness
secured by lien against said property, or any part thereof,
and such lien;be foreclosed by suit or by power of sale, con-
tained in a Deed of Trust, or the property covered by the lien
be conveyed to the holder of such lien in satisfaction of the
debts. secured thereby, the purchaser at such sale or the grantee
in such deed shall take title to the property freed and dis-
charged from all reverter provisions herein contained, but
otherwise subject to: all: therestrictions hereinabove stated.
