The CITY hereby grants the company the right and privilege toinstall all necessary wiring, cables, poles, underground conduits, and other apparatus for the purpose of operating and extending to the citizens of Georgetown, Texas, and the in- habitants thereof, a Cable Television System for the reception and distribution of television signals and energy, frequency modulated radio signals, and non-commercial v4sual and aural signals, as governed by the Federal Communications Rules and Regulations. The right herein granted shall extend to any area annexed to the City of Georgetown, subject to such re- strictions as are h0e'by imposed and as may be hereafter imr posed' by law. ca�tnG ��n!n
