CONVEYING LAND IN COMMERCE INDUSTRIAL PARK
WILLIAMSOM COUNTY, TEXAS
1. The property herein conveyed shall be used only for profes-
sional, industrial, manufacturing, warehousing or distribu-
tion purposes. No land shall be used and no building or
structures shall be erected or constructed or used for any
purpose other than those Eermitted under City of Georgetown
Texas industrial zoning.
2. Grantee shall not use or allow the use of its property for
any business or purpose which produces objectionable smoke,
dust, noise, odor, vibration, or for other purpose constitut-
ing a nuisance, or use or allow the use of its property at
any time for manufacture, storage or distribution of any pro-
ducts of items which shall increase the fire hazard to or
insurance rates of adjoining property. Grantee shall not use
its property for any purpose in violation of the laws of the
United States, State of Texas or Williamson County, Texas.
3. Buildings or structures erected within Commerce Industrial
Park shall not be closer than fifty (50) feet to the right of
way line of any street, nor closer than fifteen (15) feet to
any side property line, except that a one story office build-
ing may be up to twenty-five (25) feet from the street line.
The setback line of buildings where truck doors of docks front
on a street shall be a minimum of sixty (60) feet.
