9. Grantee shall not use or allow to be used any portion of its
property for erection of billboards or other advertising signs

for initial work and for any exterior alterations, modifica-
tions and additional construction must be submitted by Grantee
to Georgetown Industrial Corporation and have written approval
therefor prior to commencement of work.

All construction shall conform to the building codes of the
City of Georgetown in effect at the time of such construction.
6.
Buildings erected within Commerce Industrial Park shall be of
masonry construction, masonry faced, pre-engineered color
coated metal construction, a combination of these or their
equivalent.

Public streets in Commerce Industrial Park shall be not used
for parking. Adequate parking space shall be provided by

Grantee for employees, visitors, customers and tenants. All

driveways and parking areas shall be paved with concrete,

asphalt or other equivalent material. Trucks, tractors,
trailers, or any combination thereof, may not while either
being loaded, unloaded or parked, occupy the right of way of
any public street. Parking areas shall be a minimum of ten
(10) feet from the right of way line of any street.
8.
If goods, equipment, supplies or other materials stored in
the open shall be deemed unattractive by Georgetown Industrial
Corporation, such open storage must be fenced with an attrac-
tive screening fence at least six (6) feet in height. Fences
shall be erected no closer than ten (10) feet to the right of
way line of any street.
