thereon. Written approval of Georgetown Industrial Corpora-
tion is required prior to the erection of any sign not attached
to a building.
10. Grantee shall diligently prosecute any construction work to
the end that the structure shall not remain in a partly fin-
ished condition any longer than reasonably necessary for com-
pletion thereof. Grantee shall keep its property, buildings
and improvements in a safe, clean, presentable condition at
all times and shall comply in all respects with all govern-
mental
overnmental requirements.
11. Street frontings of every site on which a building is built
shall be landscaped to a reasonable extent of trees, shrubs,
lawns or other sightly ground covering and maintained there-
after in a sightly condition. The unused portion of the site
shall be kept reasonably mowed and maintained in a sightly
condition.
12. Georgetown Industrial Corporation reserves the right to make
such exceptions to or modifications of these provisions and
covenants as special conditions or unusual circumstances may
warrant; provided, however, that such exceptions or modifica-
tions shall not invalidate these provisions and covenants in
principle or general objective.
13. These protective provisions and covenants run with the land
and shall be binding upon the Grantee, its successors and
assigns, and shall be in full force and effect until January 1,
1999.
