BEING 1.88 acres of land, situated in the Nicholas Porter Survey,, Abstract
No. 497, in Williamson County, Texas; said land being a portion of that
certain tract of land, called 154 96/100 acres as conveyed to the City of
Georgetown by deed as recorded in Volume 266, Page 4980 of the Deed
Records of Williamson County, Texas, and being more particularly described
as follows;
BEGINNING at a point on the Southeast line of United States Highway No. 81
and the projected Southwest edge of pavement of Stadium Road, for the most
northerly corner hereof;
THENCE,, along the said Southwest edge'of pavement of Stadium Road,
S 27° 40' E,.382 feet to a point for the Southeast corner hereof;
WHENCE, S 89° 47' W, generally along a fence and along the North edge of
pavement of an unnamed paved road, 484 feet to a point on the said
Southeast line of United States Highway No. 81, for the Southwest corner
hereof;
THENCE, -'along the said Southeast line at United States Highway No. 81,
N 420 02' E, 458 feet to the Place of BEGINNING and containing 1.88 acres
of land. --
