a part of a tract of 634.79 acres described in a deed from James A. Rehler et al
to Georgetown Builders, Inc., recorded in Volume 528, Page 515, of the Deed
Records of Williamson County, Texas; Lots No. 6 - 15 being the sane land
described in a deed from L. G. Wiitehead to Jack C. Anderson and wife, Jessie B.
Andersoq deed dated April 20, 1972, and recorded in Volume 548, Page 28, of
the Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas. t
6DGINNING at an iron stake at the southwest corner of Lot No. 1 of this
subdivision said point being an the East margin of Northcross Road and being
the most northerly corner of Tract No. 4 of OAK CREST RANC:HU= - UNIT II,
a subdivision of record,in Volume 6, Page 19 of the Plat Records of Williamson
County, Texas this point stands approximately N 710 4 3' E, 354 3 feet fmn the
Northwest corner of the Pulsifer surveys
THENCE N 350 16' E, 219.50 feet along the East margin of Northcross Road to
an iron stake for the most northerly corner hereof, said point being where
the East margin of Northcross Road intersects the South margin of Spring
Valley Road, and being an ell corner of OAK CREST ESTATES, RIVERSIDE UNIT,
a subdivision of record in Volume 5, Page 80, of the Plat Records of
Williamson County, Texas;
