Texas, and being also a portion of that certain 179.68 acre tract of land as
conveyed to Wallace Luersen by deed recorded in Volume 684, Page 898 of the
Deed Records of Willivwn County, Texas, said tract of land beima more particularly
described as follows:
BOOMING at an iron pin found at the mast southwesterly corner of a suLdivision
known as Thousand (X -4,s Subdivision, as recorded in Cabinet C, Slides 376-3B0 of
the Plat Records of Williamson County, Texas, said point being also S 81* 14' r.,
1720 feet from the N.W. corner of said 179.68 acre tract, and said point I-VAng
S 62° 53' E, M36 feet from the northwest comer of the C. Stubblefield Surve},
according to the revords, for the northwest corner hereof;

hereof, and said feint being also in the South right of way line of Thousand aAs
Boulevard:
