of the City of Georgetown, be amended so that the property de-
scribed above shall be and the same is hereby removed from _RS
Residential Single Family to C-1, subject to the condition
evidenced by the supplemental application executed by Ralph
Russell dated the 20th day of December, 1984, which is to be re-
corded in the Official Records of Williamson County, Texas, for
notice purposes. Said condition being that if said tract of
land described above ever is used for any purpose except:
1. Any use permitted in the "R -M" District.
Residential use of trailers and temporary
structures is prohibited.
2. Sale of goods and products at retail excepting
automobiles, trailers, mobile homes, motor-
cycles, farm equipment and machinery and earth-
moving and heavy construction equipment.
3. Shops for repair and servicing of bicycles
typewriters, electrical, radio and television
appliances, keys and similar articles.
4. Dressmaking, millinery, tailoring, shoe repair,
laundry, dry cleaning and similar trades.
5. Offices and office buildings (subject to Build-
ing Code limitations).
Or in the event that the structure existing upon said tract is
destroyed or otherwise changed for any reason such that, the
existing architectural character is significantly altered, then,
such zoning shall ipso facto revert to the former zoning of RS
Residential Single Family without the necessity of any action
by the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of George-
town, and accordingly the zoning ordinance and zoning may
designate same.
READ AND PASSED AND APPROVED this 13th day of November,
1984, on the first reading.
READ AND PASSED AND APPROVED this 21st day of December.'
