the former Zoning of RS Residential Single Family without the
necessity of any action by the planning and Zoning Commission
of the City of Georgetown, Texas, and
WHEEEAS the undersigned does hereby manifest his intent
that this agreement as to the City Council of the City of
Georgetown's passing of the aforesaid change to the zoning of
the above described property as herein requested. by 'applicant
in return for the undersigned's agreement as to use restric-
tions and automatic reversion upon use restriction violation
as herein described be binding on the undersigned, his heirs,
legal representatives, devisees. assigns and grantees= and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Georgetown did
permit such application to be made and thereafter acted fa-
vorable on such petition or application for a zoning change#
and
WHEREAS, said owners desire to put down in writing said
condition subsequent
THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that we$ the
undersigned owners hereby agree as follows
(a) that said application and said zoning change to C-1 from
RS is further restricted by this agreement that said
property will only be used for the following purposes,
to -wits
1. Any use permitted in the "R -M" District.
Residential use of trailers and temporary
structures is prohibited.
2. Sale of goods and products at retail excepting
automobiles, trailers, mobile homes, motor-
cycles, farm equipment and machinery and earth-
moving and heavy construction 'equipment.
3. Shops for repair and servicing of bicycles,
typewriters, electrical, radio and television
appliances, keys and similar articles.
4. Dressmaking, millinery. tailoring, shoe repair.
laundry, dry cleaning and similar trades.
5. Offices and office buildings (subject to Build-
ing Code limitations).
(b) That any use except as listed in (a) 1-5 above or in the event
that the structure existing upon said tract is destroyed
or otherwise changed, for any reason, such that the
existing architectural character is significantly altered.
shall cause the zoning classification of the property to
automatically revert to RS Residential Single Family with-
out necessity of any action by the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Georgetown. Texas.
