* And that if any structure is constructed within the 25 foot
building setback line established by plat along the
northwestern line of said property, then,
such zoning shall ipso facto revert to the former zoning of RM -2 Multi -
Family without the necessity of any action by the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Georgetown, and accordingly the zoning ordinance
and zoning may designate same.
