dation.
III- Owner shall establish a 3 year letter of credit
With the City sufficient to provide curb and
Sutter street prior to plat recordation.
IV. Variance allowing the release of septic permit
for lot 2 prior to completion of street granted
because of existing house However, no permits
Will be allowed for Lot 3 until street is com-
pleted.
