Dear
We are asking for a resubdivision of a portion of Quail Meadow
Unit III, We are required by law to notify each. resident of this
request. We hope to have this considered at the Planning and Zoning
meeting of June 4, 1985.
The specific changes that we are asking affect the 4 lots behind
and west of Parker Plaza. We are asking that these lots be downsized
both in width (smallest never size to be 65 feet) and in length (all
to be 93 feet in length). There will be 5 lots instead of the
original 4 lots. All will meet city standards in minimum square
feet but will require a variance for the length. All 5 lots will
remain residential with no change in deed restrictions. In addition
to the 5 lots there will be a small triangle resulting from the
squaring of side lines with front lines. This would be added to
Artisan property at the corner of Riverbend and Oak Lane. We would
want this small area to be zoned C-2 to allow for additional employee
parking at Artisan. The area resulting from the shortening of these
lots would be added to the rear of the Parker Plaza and Century 21
properties. This would also need C-2 Zoning to allow for additional
parking for both business sites.
