Yanayer Black read reports for the month of August and submitted Ceneral Fund
bills in the amount of '1,030.73 for approval. P.'ot:ion by Alderman, J. 11.
Compton and seconded by A.'Vg'. Hoyt, Jr, that reports be accepted and bills be paid.

On Motion by A. 17. Host, Jr„ and seconded by J. h. Compton that be adopted
with following corrections. Annual rental be x"-120.00 pavable in advance
and in onse of default of rental payment lease terminates. Also lessee to
maintain fences and grounds. See Paye in Ordinance Book.
On motion by 11. If. Compton and seconded by A. rd. Hoyt, Jr., that lease be
granted to Lyda & Scott to operate race track for midget cars on track of
land where old `i'ruehardt home was located at *f10.00 per month.
Cn motion by J. H. Compton and seconded by Floyd Jones that tanager Black
proceed to the fullest extent with the ZorAng Ordinance.
There being no further business on motion by Wilcox and seconded by Engvall
that meeting adjourn.
