On this the 24th day of June 1y63, the City Council of the City of
Georgetown, Texas, convened in special meeting at the City Hall in said
city with the followin- members present, to -wits

constituting a quorem at which time the following proceedings were hads
Alderman A. ,". Hoyt, Jr, introduced a proposed ordinance which
was read in full.
Alderman E. L. 7-ars moved that the rule requiring ordinances
to be read at more than one meeting of the City Council be suspended. The
motion wes seconded by Alderman Doyle Lida and carried by the
f'ollowins votes

Alderman 1'i1Ps moved that the ordinance be
passed finally. The motion was seconded by Alderman ;t loox
and carried by the following votes
Yotion by Evans and seconded by Hoyt that September 7, 1903 be set
as tenative date for eater & t)ewer fond election. Motion carried by un-
animous vote.
The Council discussed easements for water & sewer easements along
Interregional hiChway'819 on Russell Parker Addition.
Council discussed the possibilities of presenting Ordinances to
have'property owners pave when there is at least 50;,, or more of property
owners that agree to pave on any one street or Block.
Also to have users of Sewer to connect when it is available at
property when at any time the Utility services are discontinued at place
where sewer is not being.used.
The Council discussed P�r.plcyees Croup Insurance and suggested that
Manager Black call a meeting of employees to discuss it with them.
There being no further business on motion by Wilcox and seconded
by Hoyt that rreetint adjourn.
