County of Williamson.
THIS CONTRACT, AGREEMENT, AND GRANT OF
EASEMENT, this day made and entered into by and betwien
J.W. Dabbe, and wife Mrs -b ,� Dabbs, parties of
the first part, and the City of Georgetown, a municipal
corporation, acting by and thru John D. Hudson, its duly
elected, qualified, and authorized Mayor, party of the
second part,
WITNESSETHs-
1.
That the said parties of the first part, for
the considerations hereinafter set out, have granted and
conveyed and do by these presents grant and convey unto
the said party of the second part an easement in ander across
the south portion of the land and premises now owned by
said parties of the first part, and being Block # 12, of
Anderson's Addition to the City of Georgetown, according to
the revised map of said city of record in the Deed Records
of Williamson County, Texas; that is to say, the said party
of the second part shall have the right to ay and maintain
its pipe line for conveying water in, upon, and under said
property and premises, above described.

That as a consideration for the grant of easement
and right to lay pipe line in, under, and across said premises,
as set out in paragraph one of this contract, the said party
of the second part agrees and binds itself to place(4'inaintain
a hydrant, connected with said pipe line, in and upon the
premises above described, and as a further consideration said
party of the second part agrees and binds itself to place and
maintain a file plug on the east line of acid above described

property and premises, now owned by the said Dabbs and
Wife, said hydrant and said fire plug to be placed upon
the main line of pipe belonging to said party of the
second part and running from the N.E. corner of Block
G., Clamp Addition to the City of Georgetown, to the W.
line of the I.O.O.F. Cemetery,

It is further agreed and understood by all
parties to this contract that the said party of the
second part shall have the right of ingress and egress
to and from said property and premises for the purpose of
maintaining and repairing said pipe line, and in the case
of breakage or leakage in said pipe line the said party of
the second part shall have the right to make such excavations
as are reasonably necessary for the repair of said ptke line,
