Gillette, TrustA, in trust for the Farmers State Bank, of Georgetown, Texas, all of that certain property describ- ay-meed in the said i ns trams nt fqr th o.'s.�e.. of $e c�,4hee pay- ment at of ten (10) certain promisory 'notes,rexecuted by the said City of Georgetown, Texas, and payable to the said Farmers State Bank of Georgetown, Texas, each being of even date with the said Deed of Trust. The first of the said series of notes being for the sum of One thousand dollars ($1000.00) and the next eight (8) of the said series of notes being for the sum of Two Thousand Dollars ($2000.00), each, and the last note of the said series being for the said sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1000.00)1 each of the said notes bearing interest from date, with the rate of eight percent (8%) per annum; interest payable annually as it accrues and each of the said notes providing for an additional 10% Attorney's fees, and, WHEREAS, the said City of Georgetown, Texas, has fully paid of and discharged eaoh and all of the said notes to the said Farmers State Bank of Georgetown, Texas, the owner and holder of same, together with all principal and interest due thereon, according to the face and tenor of same; therefore, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that, the said Farmers State Bank, the owner and holder of the said notes at the time of the payment thereof have, ash in consideration of the full and final payment of the said notes as above set out,Ademised, released and quit-olaimed unto the said city of Georgetown, Texas and do by these presents demise, release and quit-olaim unto the said City of Georgetown, Texas, all of the property described in the said Deed of Trust, freed from all liens created by the execution and delivery of the said Deed of Trust and the said notes as aforesaid.
